About Awakening Health
Awakening Health is your primary resource for reducing stress and cultivating health, wellbeing and personal empowerment. We offer training in awareness practices that allow you to access your innate power and wisdom to create a richer and more satisfying life - in a natural way and for just a few minutes of your time each day.
Participants in our 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) classes learn new ways of relating directly to their lives and develop healthy and positive ways for coping with change and difficult times, including chronic pain, physical and emotional challenges and life’s transitions.
We offer a variety of community-based, individual and corporate programs designed to address your stress reduction needs. Our meditation and yoga classes have been popular and effective offerings at hospitals, universities, colleges and non-profit organizations. Let us create a program just for you!
