About Linda

Linda Oxford has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2001. Combining skills from her years as an automotive engineer, manager, single parent and educator, she brings a wealth of experience and insight to the teaching of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Linda is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and has completed the Practicum in MBSR at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has studied with renowned teachers, including Jon Kabat-Zinn, Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Salzberg.
